March

March 25th to 31st
Osho's No Mind Group by Ma Prem Leela (In English language only)
This is a week long process.
The first stage of this process is "Gibberish" The word 'gibberish' comes from a Sufi mystic, Jabbar. Jabbar never spoke any language, he just uttered nonsense. Still he had thousands of disciples because what he was saying was, "Your mind is nothing but gibberish. Put it aside and you will have a taste of your own being."
In the first stage one has to simply allow whatever comes to the mind without bothering about its rationality, reasonability, meaning, significance, leaving language and mind aside. Out of this will arise the second part a great silence in which you sit with closed eyes. Gathering the energy within and being present in here and now.

March 25th to 31st

April 23rd to 27th
Conscious Living and Dying facilitated by Ma Dharam Jyoti
This group is an invitation for those seekers who are willing to live with more awareness and want to come out of the imprisonment of the mind. Normally mind lives in an unconscious state. One goes on in a circle on the periphery repeating the same thing again and again. In this group we will have another look at our lives and experiment with some of Osho's techniques which can help us to jump out of this repetitive vicious circle and rediscover our real being in its purity.
Osho says, "Unless you live consciously, you can't die consciously. Death becomes the ultimate celebration if your life is a celebration."
Existence goes on giving us beautiful opportunities again and again.......here is one more!!

April 30th to May 2nd
Compassionate Communication- A Language of the Heart by Sw. Veet Kamaal and Ma Prem Aastha (In English language only)
Compassionate Communication, also known as non-violent communication (NVC), is a "language of life" that helps us to transform old patterns of defensiveness and aggressiveness into compassion and empathy and to improve the quality of all of our relationships. As the name implies, this approach to communication emphasizes compassion as the motivation for action rather than fear, guilt, shame, blame, coercion, threat or justification for punishment.

May

May 6th to 9th
Hypnosis and Meditation facilitated by Sw. Veet Kamaal (In English language only)
Making friends with your mind and letting go into witnessing
Understanding the functioning of the mind – The power of the subconscious – Experiencing deep relaxation and letting go – Learning the art of self-hypnosis.
We will find out why Osho had such a high opinion of hypnosis and the witnessing it reveals:
“As far as I am concerned, hypnosis is going to be one of the most significant parts of the mystery school. Such a simple method, which only demands a little trust, a little innocence, can bring miraculous changes in your life – and not in ordinary things only. Slowly it can become the path of your meditation.
You meditate, but you don’t succeed. You don’t succeed in watching; you get mixed up with thoughts, you forget watching. You remember later on, “I was going to watch, but I am thinking.” Hypnosis can help you; it can make the watcher and the thoughts separate. For spiritual growth I don’t think there is anything more important than hypnosis.” Osho – Beyond Psychology #44

May 13th to 16th
Osho Dhyan Utsav facilitated by Sw. Atmo Ninad
Osho Dhyan Utsav is a meditation camp which includes all the popular Osho meditations and therefore celebration happens spontaneously. Also included will be the breath based meditations, laughter and the dance meditations. Some small Osho meditation techniques would be conducted that can be easily integrated in our daily life.
On the path to meditation, care of the body is equally important. Osho’s vision of right food, right exercise and the right sleep will also be shared and the meditations based on them would also be conducted.
Osho Meditative Therapies are group energy processes that lead to body mind cleansing and with that a deep inner silence follows. Participants will have a taste of these powerful processes in the demo of these therapies. During the camp, participants will have a deeper understanding of the subconscious mind and also have an experience of hypnosis. Through the hypnosis, it is possible to have a better health and a deeper meditation.
During the camp, friends who are willing to add meditation and celebration in their lives can be initiated into Osho’s neo-sannyas.

May 24th to 30th
Osho Neo Vipassana facilitated by Sw. Chaitanya Keerti
Down the centuries there have been all kinds of methods of meditation--some easy to practise and some very difficult. Vipassana is really unique. Osho says: "Vipassana is the simplest meditation in the world. It is through vipassana that Buddha became enlightened, and it is through Vipassana that many more people have become enlightened than through any other method. Vipassana is the method. Yes, there are other methods also, but they have helped only very few people. Vipassana has helped thousands, and it is really very simple; is not like yoga."
A 7-day retreat to witness our body, mind, heart, the breathing process and relax into a natural and tranquil atmosphere of Osho Nisarga. Slow meditative walks near the river and into the green fields and forests.

June

June 3rd to 6th
Meditate:Celebrate facilitated by Ma Prem Noorie
“My work here is to create such a situation where you can go to the deepest core of meditation and yet remain available to celebration. Then you will be silent and happy. You will be silent and there will be a joy suffusing your silence. Your silence will not be uncreative: your silence will have great creation arising out of it. It will not be dull-it will be very shining, it will have a kind of gusto, verve, otherwise it can become the silence of cemetery.
Let it be the silence of a garden where birds sing and trees bloom and peacocks dance and rivers flow and waterfalls have their own song and the winds blow……and yet there is silence! Silence is not disturbed by it –it is enhanced by it.
All the sounds- the whispering wind and the swinging trees and the river- all the sounds become background and in the background of the sound silence comes more clearly, more loudly”. Osho

June 10th to 13th
Live Love Laugh:
Rejoice in your Being facilitated by Sw. Ravindra Bharti
An invitation for the meditation retreat to explore and experience the laughter and dance within you.
“Let your life be a life of a dancing and laughing silence, and you have entered into the only authentic temple of godliness. I am not interested in what kind of ideologies you are carrying in your head. They are all bullshit. I want you to drop them all, irrespective of what they are. Let your whole being be a part of the universal dance. To me, this is the only revolution, the only transformation which can bring this earth millions of joys.
Before we go into meditation… You will be going to a faraway space within yourself. Just go laughing and joyous. Seriousness I hate --- I am really serious! I want my Buddha’s to be dancing and singing and enjoying. I want my Buddha’s not to be marble statues but living and breathing and loving”. --- OSHO

September

Sep 7th to 13th
Satori facilitated by Sw. Avikal (In English language only)
Satori is a radical inquiry. It is going under the skin, in the heart and in the belly to see and feel what is in the way of being oneself.
What is my true nature? How do I lose myself or feel that there is not all of me present in this here and now? What is this emptiness that terrifies me? What is this restlessness that pushes me to do and do and do? What is this longing for being more real, truer and complete? What am I doing here?
Self-inquiry means to open and unsettle the mechanism that destroys the present by repeating the past. It means to be in the present, in the here and now.
The aim of this retreat is having this direct experience of being, an experience of awakening, and an experience of no - mind.
Satori is not therapy - but is highly therapeutic - It is an intense, honest, open and compassionate inquiry using existential questions: “Who am I? Who is in? What is Life? What is Love? Each one of these questions is a path that can take you from the confusion of the personality to the peak of clarity.
“Satori is like lightning – you can see a glimpse of the whole, all that is there, and then it disappears. But you will not be the same again. It is not final enlightenment, but a great step towards it. Now you know. You have had a glimpse, now you can search for more of it. You have tasted it, now Buddha’s will become meaningful”. Osho, ‘And the Flowers Showered’

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Training facilitated by Sw. Antar Khirad.
The human body is a living Temple. Connecting with the body, being aware of it and cleansing it from blockages is vital to the physical, mental and spiritual health of all human beings.
In this Therapy Training we will be working with two ancient sciences of India – Yoga and Ayurvedic Massage. This massage combines deep penetrating strokes with yoga based stretches, which are gentle, orderly and progressive. The postures are adjusted to meet the conditions and needs of each receiver. The massage is done with special herbs and oils to stimulate blood circulation and help release toxins. Other benefits of this massage include, improving posture, breathing, flexibility, mobility and restoring energetic balance.
You will be giving and receiving massage within the group and also training in yoga theory and will practice basic Asanas, Pranayam and Shudhikriya.
Osho says, “Massage is to come to rapport with aliveness of somebody else’s body and to feel where it is missing, to feel where the body is fragmentary and to make it whole…to help the energy of the body so it is no more fragmentary, no more contradictory. When the energies of the body are falling into line and become an orchestra, then you succeed.”
We invite you to join us to learn this sacred art and share this sensitivity with others.

Nov 24th to 28th
Rising in Love facilitated by Sw. Chaitanya Keerti
A workshop to meditate, become more sensitive and understand to evolve into a space of friendliness, as Osho points out: Friendliness is the purest thing you can conceive about love. It is so pure that you cannot even call it a flower, you can only call it a fragrance.
He adds: Friendliness is a quality not a relationship. It has nothing to do with anybody else, it is basically your inner quality. You can be friendly even when you are alone. You cannot be in friendship when you are alone - the other is needed - but friendliness is a kind of fragrance. A flower opens in the jungle, nobody passes by - still it is fragrant. It does not matter whether anybody comes to know of it or not, it is its quality.
