Tantra Meditation Retreat with Ma Anand Sarita & Sw.Suta Bodhisatva This
retreat is designed for both couples and singles. It is a powerful way
to dive into our expansive potential through the 12 facets of Tantra.
The group structure includes group sharing and periods of silence, quiet
and active meditations, movement and dance, Tantra rituals and group/partner
exercises. It is very special to have the opportunity of bringing together
both Indians and Westerners in this Retreat, bringing Tantra back to
its source in the Himalayas. Indians have the opportunity of proudly
embracing their phenomenal spiritual heritage. As east and west melt
together in this group, we discover the power of Tantra to create a
union of opposites, bringing enrichment to all. A Newsletter from Sarita Beloved Friends, Friends from East and West are writing to ask me questions about The Tantra Meditation Retreat in Osho Nisarga, Dharamsala, India. I understand that Tantra is a word which brings up many fears and concerns for people as well as many hopes for a more blissful and fulfilling lifestyle. In the Tantra Meditation Retreat, we are working with the 112 methods from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. Out of those 112 methods there are very few which involve sexuality. Most of them work with breath awareness, or the senses, or silent meditation and contemplation methods. As we work through these exquisite teachings in a group setting, we are blessed by the meeting of both ancient and modern wisdom. We learn to open ourselves to the multifaceted diamond of our being by bringing loving awareness to all that we are. Much of the retreat is held in silence, and also includes periods of group sharing where any concerns around each persons inner process can be aired and much healing can happen. Tantra is a life approach which honors and respects all aspects of the human being, whether this be sexuality, love or spirituality. In light of this, we will be opening up and bringing consciousness to these qualities. One of the meanings of the word Tantra is: 'transforming poison into nectar.' This retreat offers the opportunity to transform our misconceptions, our fears, our judgements, and to open the flow of aliveness, love and bliss. It is very auspicious to practice The Vigyan Bhairav Tantra in Osho Nisarga, Dharamsala, India. It is like the symbol of the snake eating it's tail. Tantra returns to it's source. It is time for the phenomenal wisdom contained in this ancient scripture to be embraced by Indians as a proud part of their great heritage. And it is time for Westerners to understand and know Tantra as the spiritual path it is, leading us to our birthright of oneness and bliss. For
me personally, it is a great blessing to offer this course in Osho Nisarga.
I feel Osho's presence so profoundly there. It is a homecoming. Having
lived half my life in India and half my life in the west, I love After reading this newsletter, if there are any further questions you would like to ask me regarding the Tantra Meditation Retreat, please feel welcome to contact me through Priya in Osho Nisarga, info@oshonisarga.com or through Supragya in the School of Awakening office: info@schoolofawakening.com You can also browse on our website, www.schoolofawakening.com I
