She has also created trainings for each of these meditations inorder that many people may offer these transformative processes in their own country.

Osho's Mystic Rose Meditation Presented By Ma Leela

Osho's Mystic Rose Meditation is a unique, dynamic healing and transformative "MeditativeTherapy" that Osho created for today's humanity. This powerful process penetrates to the very core of our energy through Laughter, Tears and Meditation. The depth and intensity that we experience in the first two weeks - laughter and tears - releases energy blocks, negative belief systems and repressions thereby allowing us to live a more free, spontaneous and joyous life.
The three elements of Laughter, Tears and Meditation, combine to create a dynamic Meditative Therapy, a new concept combining the western approach of therapy and the eastern knowledge of meditation, a profound process for personal transformation. As there is no talking during the three hours of the process, this is indeed a healing beyond words.

3 Week Process - 3 Hours Daily
The first week - Laughter
The second week - Tears
The third week - Meditation

LAUGHTER
During the first week of Laughter we are able to rediscover our vitality, joy and spontaneity, our childlike innocence that we were born with. Although it may seem impossible to laugh for three hours a day, the dynamic of the collective group energy makes this not only possible, but you will laugh as you have never laughed before. Laughter is a natural therapeutic energy force that breaks through layers of inhibitions, empowers you, and releases negative patterns of behaviour in a very fast, yet playful way. It is a journey of rediscovery into the essence and brilliance of our inner child. Laughter is rebellious and full of freedom. It changes your outlook on life allowing you to see from " the Big Perspective"

TEARS

Moving into the deeper layer of sadness and tears, we are be able to express and release pain and despair that has been buried deep in our psyche and energy for years. In a loving and supportive atmosphere where many around you are crying as well, you will feel the permission to let yourself cry totally. Unexpressed pain causes dis-ease and many of our psychological problems. We all need to cry and release the sadness and misery we carry around inside ourselves and in the collective atmosphere of the group where everyone is crying, painful and fearful experiences will simply dissolve in this great healing of the heart. This unburdening is like a rebirth that releases your natural joy, allowing you to live a more empowered, vibrant and joyous life.

MEDITATION

Meditation, the final phase of Osho's Mystic Rose Meditation is to integrate and assimilate the many experiences and changes we have gone through in the two weeks of laughter and tears. Sitting silently, allowing our energy to settle, we will find this week a beautiful introduction to, or a deepening of our meditation. Meditation allows us to settle into the present moment where peace and centeredness prevail. The power of awareness and a capacity to disidentify from all the dramas of daily life, is the door to personal transformation. This is where you can develop the capacity to live from in the present moment, "The Watcher Within," another name for our higher consciousness.

There will be three sittings of approx. 50 minutes each separated by two15 minute periods of gentle dancing.

"Let your tears be released and your laughter be released and you will feel like a new man. Three hours have been chosen because it is like a dam when it breaks. When this laughing and crying breaks, it is like a dam and one hour is not enough. The question is just to break the dam. You will find it very refreshing, everything is allowed, just don't hurt anyone. There should be not talking during the three hours of the group."

No crying during laughing
No laughing during the crying
This is very important.
