Choose the Unknown - facilitated by Sw. Anand Tathagat and Sw. Vivekanand
“Life means readiness to go into the uncalculated, unscheduled. Life means to be ready always to listen to the challenge that comes from the unknown source. It is dangerous, but to live is dangerous. The most secure and safe place in the world is the grave -- there, nothing ever happens.” - Osho, Secret of Secrets
Right from the time we enter the world, life keeps inviting us and calling us to explore. There are changes offered all along the path and opportunity always waiting and encouraging us to step in and explore a little more than what we already know. But to get anywhere near that thrill of exploration involves first of all recognizing an opportunity as an invitation and really having to leave the familiarity of the shore(not just philosophizing).
Come. Let us experiment and understand our own attitude towards the unknown in these four days. We will consciously try and create opportunity to live beyond what our mind knows us to be and wants us to remain. Being open, working with Osho meditations and therapies, we never know what we end up discovering about ourselves.

This group is a unique, dynamic healing and transformative “MeditativeTherapy” that Osho created for today’s humanity. This powerful process penetrates to the very core of our energy through Laughter, Tears and Meditation. The three elements of Laughter, Tears and Meditation, a three-week process, lasting three hours per day combine to create a dynamic Meditative Therapy, a new concept combining the western approach of therapy and the eastern knowledge of meditation, a profound process for personal transformation. As there is no talking during the three hours of the process, this is indeed a healing beyond words.

In the first stage one has to simply allow whatever comes to the mind without bothering about its rationality, reasonability, meaning, significance, leaving language and mind aside. Art of Living and Dying facilitated by Sw. Veetman (In English language only)
Understanding Death- Living a fearless life
Often we fail to live our lives to the fullest because mind is the illusion of time, of past and future. We imagine that there is an infinite amount of time, and so we continue to postpone living an authentic life. The mind ´s tendency is to postpone, and this makes us live in a dream of desires and hopes for the future. Unconsciously we deny the fact of our mortality and close our awareness to what is real and present in front of us. In this way we dream our life rather than live it, and our fear of death continues to diminish the quality of our lives. Only a fearless consciousness can awaken to its full potential.

It is oriented on intuitive and scientific experimentation and is an invitation to inhabit a place without words. It is "experiential' because you will perceive, move, and out of the moving body, source your own understanding and innate, healing wisdom.
Natural dance, somatic movement, embodied anatomy; embryology studies, infant movement development, creativity, playfulness and meditation are navigating tools we will be playing with to get to know your own body and its embodied consciousness.

Osho Neo Zen: in Meditation & Celebration facilitated by Sw. Satya Vedant
We are born with immense life energy and a radiance of love and joy. Because of our habits, patterns and conditionings the awareness of the inner light gets lost. Meditation and an in depth understanding of our unawareness alone can lead us into a self rejuvenating endless journey of discovering the hidden secrets of joy, peace and personal transformation. We shall learn from Osho that to meditate means to be aware moment to moment and celebrate life in abundant joy.

May 12-18
Osho Neo Vipassana facilitated by Sw. Chaitanya Keerti
Osho Neo-Vipassana is not traditional Vipassana. It is not so dull and serious. It is very dynamic, energetic and playful. Osho explains: First you have to dance, first you have to shout in joy, and sing, and so your life becomes more vital. First you have to cathart, so all that you have repressed is thrown out and your body is purified of toxins and poisons, and your psyche also is purified from repressed traumas and wounds. When this has happened and you have become able to laugh and you have become able to love, then vipassana. Now vipassana will not drive you serious, will not drive you in any way into some ego trip. Now you can sit silently; now sitting silently is not serious. That is the special quality that I am trying to create here in vipassana -- it does not exist anywhere in the world.

May 22-28
Born Again Meditation Group facilitated by Sw. Ravindra
This is a process that takes place for two hours a day, over seven days. For the first hour, participants take the space and freedom to behave as children. For the second hour, they sit silently, doing nothing.
"In these days I want to throw you back to the point where you started being 'good' as against being natural. Be playful so your childhood is regained. It will be difficult because you will have to put aside your masks, your faces; you will have to put aside your personality. But remember, the essence can assert itself only when your personality is not there, because your personality has become an imprisonment. Put it aside. It will be painful, but it is worth it because you are going to be reborn out of it. And no rebirth is possible without pain. If you are really determined to be reborn, and then take the risk" Osho.

This is a four day retreat in the heavenly serenity of Osho Nisarga and to rejoice in our own being with self-acceptance. The more we learn to accept ourselves the more we become accepting towards others. This acceptance makes our life harmonious, full of love and its fragrance. Our life becomes meaningful.
Osho says," We are here to fulfill a certain purpose. Everyone is here to sing a song, to dance a dance, to release a certain perfume. This is only possible when you meditate and see yourself and accept yourself and everything around you. You realize your uniqueness that God has not made another person like you and will never create another person like you. That's his way of showing respect to you. When you accept this, you become aware of all the wonders inside you and begin to experience the beauty all around you.

June 16-19
Osho Bhakti Shivir facilitated by Ma Dharma Jyoti (In Hindi language only)
We are all hung up in the head that is our main problem, perhaps the only problem. And the solution to this problem is to get down from the head to the heart. With the heart there is sensitivity, love, music, poetry and all the juiciness of life.
Come and join the caravan of celebration! An opportunity to sing, dance, laugh and play with some of His meditation techniques and go within.
Osho says, "Heart is the gateless gate to reality. Move from the head to the heart."

June 23-26
Dance Your Way to God facilitated by Ma Yoga Neelam
God is nothing but life itself. A meditator comes to realize this in his deep meditation, deep prayer and becomes filled with reverence for all life. Osho says: There is no logical proof for God, but when you are overflowing with joy, when you can dance with joy, in that dance gratitude arises on its own accord. Thankfulness, a prayer, is born, and in that prayer you are reborn. In that prayer not only you are reborn, God is born too. God is, he has not to be searched for. God already is, you are not to discover him. All you have to do is dance a mad dance; you have to dance in such a mad way that all the doors are thrown open. You have to sing with such totality that the ego dissolves into that totality. You have to be in prayer, in gratitude, with such passion and intensity that the whole starts flowing towards you; your waiting becomes a magnetic field.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Training facilitated by Sw. Antar Khirad
The human body is a living Temple. Connecting with the body, being aware of it and cleansing it from blockages is vital to the physical, mental and spiritual health of all human beings.
In this therapy training we will be working with two ancient sciences of India - Yoga and Ayurvedic Massage. This massage combines deep penetrating strokes with yoga based stretches, which are gentle, orderly and progressive. The postures are adjusted to meet the conditions and needs of each receiver. The massage is done with special herbs and oils to stimulate blood circulation and help release toxins. Other benefits of this massage include, improving posture, breathing, flexibility, mobility and restoring energetic balance.
You will be giving and receiving massage within the group and also training in yoga theory and will practice basic Asanas, Pranayam and Shudhikriya.
Osho says, "Massage is to come to rapport with aliveness of somebody else's body and to feel where it is missing, to feel where the body is fragmentary and to make it whole…to help the energy of the body so it is no more fragmentary, no more contradictory. When the energies of the body are falling into line and become an orchestra, then you succeed."
We invite you to join us to learn this sacred art and share this sensitivity with others.

Osho Divine Healing Arts facilitated by Sw.Anand Dhiren (In English language only)
A Basic Course in Osho Healing: Hara Heart and Hands
When Osho gave us the name for the Osho Divine Healing Arts training more than 23 years ago, his message was that 'Healing is neither western nor oriental-in essence it is 'divine'. This course represents the basic training; inspired by Osho's vision of the new man, the meeting of Zorba and Buddha.
It begins as a meditation retreat - an individual healing journey where we learn to recharge ourselves with vital energy and with the joy of life.
We will go on to learn some of the ancient techniques of healing touch, movement and massage through practice, exploration and theory. This basic course is called 'Hara, Heart and Hands'. Hara is the Japanese word for our physical and energetic centering, Heart is the spiritual heart of compassion and transformation, and Hands are not just our tools as healers, but also the bridge from the inner to the outer-the transmitters of a meditative space through which healing can happen.
The course is open to all, regardless of previous experience, and for many it means a re-discovery of the body's natural wisdom and harmony, enabling us to respond to the demands of life with balance, centering and vitality. You will be learning:
- Osho's insights on healing mind/body/spirit
- The basic principles of Shiatsu massage
- Exercises from the Oriental healing traditions to promote health and self-healing
- Osho Divine Healing exercises to open the pathways of vital energy in the body
- Hara massage and diagnosis
- Some of the most important pressure points on the body
- Introduction to the 5 phase, and Yin and Yang theory
- A short form of the course 'The Osho Therapist' where we look at the issues of working with others and learn about ourselves as therapists
Hara ,Heart and Hands happens in a playful experimental atmosphere, focused yet balanced with laughter, dance and sharing.

Nov 16-25
Tantra Meditation Retreat facilitated by Ma Ananda Sarita and Team. (In English language only)
This retreat, which explores methods from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra in an experiential format, is designed for both couples and singles. It is a powerful way to dive into our expansive potential through the 12 facets of Tantra. The group structure includes group sharing and periods of silence, quiet and active meditations, movement and dance, Tantra rituals and group/partner exercises. It is very special to have the opportunity of bringing together both Indians and Westerners in this Retreat, bringing Tantra back to its source in the Himalayas. Indians have the opportunity of proudly embracing their phenomenal spiritual heritage. As east and west melt together in this group, we discover the power of Tantra to create a union of opposites, bringing enrichment to all.
During this retreat we practice Tantra methods, taken from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, a 5000 year old scripture comprised of 112 methods for the expansion of consciousness. The retreat is offered one time per year. Each year for three consecutive years, we offer one third of the 112 methods. This means, over a three-year period, you have the opportunity of practicing most of the methods offered in the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. You can enter this three year stream wherever it suits you. There is no sequential order to follow. You can likewise, participate in just one or two of the retreats. There is no commitment required to participate in all three.
The build-up, refinement and transformation of many facets of life force energy during this retreat invite an orgasmic awareness of one's full sensual being. Within a few days, you may sense an on-going ecstatic connection between body and soul, matter and spirit. It is a rare opportunity to explore these powerful Tantra methods, in a highly supportive environment. In this way, we distill the nectar of our being to its ultimate potency.

Who Is In? facilitated by Sw. Prem Jayadip (In English language only)
AIM: Awareness Intensive Meditation - Who is In?
During this meditation process, asking Osho's modern day Zen Koan "Who is in?" cuts through the layers of personality swiftly and clearly, and it takes us straight to the core, to our center of witnessing. Osho gave a lot of attention and emphasis to this group.
The structure of this meditative process is a blend between the Eastern traditional Zen technique of Koan asking and the modern psychoanalytic sharing and listening approach - is scientifically designed to focus our total energy into the search for who we really are.
Intensity and totality is required to go beyond the masks and pretensions we usually believe we are. As the koan is asked again and again, as the koan is answered moment to moment, a greater awareness of and a detachment from our identifications with the personality begins to develop. Once this identification is experientially understood, it declines; we start shifting toward the center of our Being. A new sense of bliss and a deep relaxation with that what is arises.
Nobody else's answer can be of any help. The question is yours; the answer has to be yours too! Osho
During this residential group, you will be in silence and isolation to the outside world. With your booking request, you will receive further information on how to prepare yourself for this retreat.

Osho Dancing Buddhas facilitated by Sw. Amit Saraswati and Ma Prem Devyani
Make this Dance Meditation Camp a gift to yourself. Have a distance from your daily routine, your family, your work. Give yourself the time for relaxation, rejuvenation and celebration. Participating in such a meditation camp is like entering a Buddha field. You are going to be deeply touched and transformed by it.
Osho says "If you can dance and dance deeply, so deeply that the dancer disappears in the dance, the problems will change, because in that disappearance of the dancer, the ego will disappear and you will have a look at reality without the ego. That is the only transforming force. That is the only radical revolution."

Dec 25-28
Tantra Pran Sadhana Shivir facilitated by Sw. Chaitanya Keerti
"Breath is the bridge between matter and no-matter, between the form and the formless. And much depends on the breath, how you breathe, what the quality of your prana is. It is through breathing that you will enter into the innermost core of your existence. Hence in Yoga, in Tantra, in Tao -- in all these three great systems and sciences of human consciousness and the expansion of human consciousness -- breathing is one of the key phenomena. Tantra says, change your system of breathing; observe your own breathing and your moods, and you will become aware. Tantra developed many techniques of changing the rhythm of breath. It has used many, many breathing rhythms as secret keys.
And when you can watch your breath for forty-eight minutes as a continuum, you will become enlightened. To attain those forty-eight minutes may take years, but it need not be postponed for another life, it can happen in this life. It all depends on your intensity". Osho

Dec 30- Jan 1
Celebrate Now-Here
It has become almost a tradition to celebrate the transition between the last day of the year and the first day of the coming year. But in reality all days are the same, especially for those who meditate. At Osho Nisarga, the meditators come together to meditate and celebrate to be Here-Now-No past, No future. And the Happy New Year begins with Happy-Now-Here. Celebrating life each moment as it comes.
"So my sannyasin has to learn love, life, laughter. I want to create a temple which knows how to celebrate, whose only worship will be festivity, whose only prayer will be dance, love, and who will know how to participate in this life -- not to live for another life but to be totally Here-Now. Because God knows no other time than Now and no other space than Here, the real temple of God can be made only out of two bricks: those two bricks are Now and Here". Osho

Hypnosis and Meditation facilitated by Sw. Veet Kamaal (In English language only)
Making friends with your mind and letting go into witnessing
Understanding the functioning of the mind – The power of the subconscious – Experiencing deep relaxation and letting go – Learning the art of self-hypnosis.
We will find out why Osho had such a high opinion of hypnosis and the witnessing it reveals:
“As far as I am concerned, hypnosis is going to be one of the most significant parts of the mystery school. Such a simple method, which only demands a little trust, a little innocence, can bring miraculous changes in your life – and not in ordinary things only. Slowly it can become the path of your meditation.
You meditate, but you don’t succeed. You don’t succeed in watching; you get mixed up with thoughts, you forget watching. You remember later on, “I was going to watch, but I am thinking.” Hypnosis can help you; it can make the watcher and the thoughts separate. For spiritual growth I don’t think there is anything more important than hypnosis.” Osho – Beyond Psychology #44

May 13th to 16th

Osho Neo Vipassana facilitated by Sw. Chaitanya Keerti
Down the centuries there have been all kinds of methods of meditation--some easy to practise and some very difficult. Vipassana is really unique. Osho says: "Vipassana is the simplest meditation in the world. It is through vipassana that Buddha became enlightened, and it is through Vipassana that many more people have become enlightened than through any other method. Vipassana is the method. Yes, there are other methods also, but they have helped only very few people. Vipassana has helped thousands, and it is really very simple; is not like yoga."
A 7-day retreat to witness our body, mind, heart, the breathing process and relax into a natural and tranquil atmosphere of Osho Nisarga. Slow meditative walks near the river and into the green fields and forests.

June 3rd to 6th
Meditate:Celebrate facilitated by Ma Prem Noorie (In Hindi language only)
“My work here is to create such a situation where you can go to the deepest core of meditation and yet remain available to celebration. Then you will be silent and happy. You will be silent and there will be a joy suffusing your silence. Your silence will not be uncreative: your silence will have great creation arising out of it. It will not be dull-it will be very shining, it will have a kind of gusto, verve, otherwise it can become the silence of cemetery.
Let it be the silence of a garden where birds sing and trees bloom and peacocks dance and rivers flow and waterfalls have their own song and the winds blow……and yet there is silence! Silence is not disturbed by it –it is enhanced by it.
All the sounds- the whispering wind and the swinging trees and the river- all the sounds become background and in the background of the sound silence comes more clearly, more loudly”. Osho

June 10th to 13th
Live Love Laugh:
Rejoice in your Being facilitated by Sw. Ravindra Bharti (In Hindi language only)
An invitation for the meditation retreat to explore and experience the laughter and dance within you.
“Let your life be a life of a dancing and laughing silence, and you have entered into the only authentic temple of godliness. I am not interested in what kind of ideologies you are carrying in your head. They are all bullshit. I want you to drop them all, irrespective of what they are. Let your whole being be a part of the universal dance. To me, this is the only revolution, the only transformation which can bring this earth millions of joys.
Before we go into meditation… You will be going to a faraway space within yourself. Just go laughing and joyous. Seriousness I hate --- I am really serious! I want my Buddha’s to be dancing and singing and enjoying. I want my Buddha’s not to be marble statues but living and breathing and loving”. --- OSHO

September

Sep 7th to 13th
Satori facilitated by Sw. Avikal (In English language only)
Satori is a radical inquiry. It is going under the skin, in the heart and in the belly to see and feel what is in the way of being oneself.
What is my true nature? How do I lose myself or feel that there is not all of me present in this here and now? What is this emptiness that terrifies me? What is this restlessness that pushes me to do and do and do? What is this longing for being more real, truer and complete? What am I doing here?
Self-inquiry means to open and unsettle the mechanism that destroys the present by repeating the past. It means to be in the present, in the here and now.
The aim of this retreat is having this direct experience of being, an experience of awakening, and an experience of no - mind.
Satori is not therapy - but is highly therapeutic - It is an intense, honest, open and compassionate inquiry using existential questions: “Who am I? Who is in? What is Life? What is Love? Each one of these questions is a path that can take you from the confusion of the personality to the peak of clarity.
“Satori is like lightning – you can see a glimpse of the whole, all that is there, and then it disappears. But you will not be the same again. It is not final enlightenment, but a great step towards it. Now you know. You have had a glimpse, now you can search for more of it. You have tasted it, now Buddha’s will become meaningful”. Osho, ‘And the Flowers Showered’

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Training facilitated by Sw. Antar Khirad
The human body is a living Temple. Connecting with the body, being aware of it and cleansing it from blockages is vital to the physical, mental and spiritual health of all human beings.
In this Therapy Training we will be working with two ancient sciences of India – Yoga and Ayurvedic Massage.
Osho says, “Massage is to come to rapport with aliveness of somebody else’s body and to feel where it is missing, to feel where the body is fragmentary and to make it whole…to help the energy of the body so it is no more fragmentary, no more contradictory. When the energies of the body are falling into line and become an orchestra, then you succeed.”
We invite you to join us to learn this sacred art and share this sensitivity with others.

Nov 24th to 28th
Rising in Love facilitated by Sw. Chaitanya Keerti
A workshop to meditate, become more sensitive and understand to evolve into a space of friendliness, as Osho points out: Friendliness is the purest thing you can conceive about love. It is so pure that you cannot even call it a flower, you can only call it a fragrance.
He adds: Friendliness is a quality not a relationship. It has nothing to do with anybody else, it is basically your inner quality. You can be friendly even when you are alone. You cannot be in friendship when you are alone - the other is needed - but friendliness is a kind of fragrance. A flower opens in the jungle, nobody passes by - still it is fragrant. It does not matter whether anybody comes to know of it or not, it is its quality.

Osho's Mystic Rose Group by Ma Prem Leela (In English language only)
This group is a unique, dynamic healing and transformative “MeditativeTherapy” that Osho created for today’s humanity. This powerful process penetrates to the very core of our energy through Laughter, Tears and Meditation. The depth and intensity that we experience in the first two weeks – laughter and tears - releases energy blocks, negative belief systems and repressions thereby allowing us to live a more free, spontaneous and joyous life.

Osho's No Mind Group by Ma Prem Leela (In English language only)
This is a week long process.
The first stage of this process is "Gibberish" The word 'gibberish' comes from a Sufi mystic, Jabbar. Jabbar never spoke any language, he just uttered nonsense. Still he had thousands of disciples because what he was saying was, "Your mind is nothing but gibberish. Put it aside and you will have a taste of your own being."
In the first stage one has to simply allow whatever comes to the mind without bothering about its rationality, reasonability, meaning, significance, leaving language and mind aside. Out of this will arise the second part a great silence in which you sit with closed eyes. Gathering the energy within and being present in here and now.

March 25th to 31st

Born Again Meditation Group facilitated by Ma Dharam Jyoti
If you are really determined to be reborn, then take the risk" Osho.

Meditate-Celebrate (Relax and Rejoice in Your Being) facilitated by Sw. Chaitanya Keerti
Osho describes meditation as the greatest adventure one can take. Though it is an earnest and sincere adventure, it is not something serious. It is Fun. Says Osho: When life becomes an adventure, a dance of ecstasy, then only do you move beyond the confinement of the body and the mind and soar high towards the infinite…. Live, and allow all that is possible. Sing, dance, cry, weep, laugh, love, meditate, relate, be alone. Be in the marketplace, and sometimes be in the mountains.
Man needs a healthier religion, a religion which really helps people to laugh, to love, to live; and that's my effort are -- to create dancing sannyasins.

And when you become capable of watching the third too, the fourth happens on its own accord. Suddenly a quantum leap and you are standing exactly at the very center of your being, where there is nothing to be aware of. Awareness is aware of itself, consciousness is conscious of itself."

Osho Neo Vipassana facilitated by Sw. Chaitanya Keerti
There are hundreds of methods of meditation, but Vipassana is really unique. The meaning - the literal meaning - of the word Vipassana is "to look," and the metaphorical meaning is "to watch, to witness." Osho says: When you have become perfectly watchful of your body, mind and heart, then you cannot do anything more, then you have to wait. When perfection is complete on these three steps, the fourth step happens on its own accord as a reward. Suddenly your life force, your witnessing, enters into the very center of your being. You have come home. (Osho - The Rebel)

Hara, Heart and Hands
Osho Divine Healing Arts Course Part 1 facilitated by Sw. Anand Dhiren (In English language only)
When Osho gave us the name for the Osho Divine Healing Arts training more than 20 years ago, his message was that 'Healing is neither western nor oriental-in essence it is divine'. This course represents the first part of the basic training- it is inspired by Osho's vision of the new man; the meeting of Zorba and Buddha.
It begins as a meditation retreat - an individual healing journey where we learn to recharge ourselves with the juice and joy of life. Through practise, exploration and theory we will go on to learn some of the ancient techniques of healing touch, movement and massage.
Hara is the Japanese word for our physical and energetic centering, Heart is the spiritual heart of compassion and transformation, and Hands are not just our tools as healers, but also the bridge from the inner to the outer-the transmitters of a meditative space through which healing on all levels can happen.
The course is open to all, regardless of previous experience, and for many it means a re-discovery of the body's natural wisdom and harmony, enabling us to respond to the demands of life with balance, centering and relaxation.
