She came with Osho back to India in Nov 1985 and was then appointed by Him as his personal secretary for India and when Osho came back to His commune in Pune, Ma Neelam continued to work as His secretary, taking care of His work in India. Osho appointed her as a member of Inner Circle and when He left his body in 1990, She continued staying in the commune in Pune until 1999, doing the work given to her by Osho.
From 1996-1999, each year she went to eight different countries of Europe to lead meditation events until she left the commune in 1999. Since then she has been extensively touring across the length and breadth of India conducting meditation camps and lovingly sharing her insights gained from being with Osho.
As asked by Osho himself on many occasions, she has been intensely involved in creating an Oasis for fellow travellers in the Himalayas . Osho Nisarga, Dharamsala, is the result of that effort and the longing to create and share a space where seekers may go deeper within with commitment for self growth with a spirit of joy and celebration.
In an answer to a question from Ma Yoga Neelam in 1976, Osho said: "I have known her long enough, not only in this life but in other lives also. Her path is certain, that it is of love. Through love she is going to achieve. Through love she is going to be. Her direction is absolutely clear. Love is her meditation."

Baba is known since long time by many lovers and seekers from India and around the world. He came to Osho in 1977. Osho gave him the name Sw. Purnanand Bharti.
After some visits in Poona and a year of total intense meditation he found realisation of the Inner Self. It took him months to integrate this spontaneous happening in his body and finally the touch of Osho in an energy darshan was helpful to complete this process. Since that time Baba was and is surrounded by many friends who enjoy his presence and his guidance.
About 12 years ago he started travelling also in Europe and Australia. Mainly German, Italian and Australian friends are waiting for his yearly visits and celebrating his presence and the meditation (also in India).
One could state his message in following words: Silence and Meditation, enjoying the Self.
He is leading many meditation retreats, 3 to 4 daily silent sittings, personal advices and the spontaneous celebrations with Kirtan allowing many possibilities for deep experiences of one's inner nature. Being in his presence and in meditation is a most beautiful and joyous way of touching one's own depth and true nature.
His hometown is Indore where also his family is living. In 2002 the new ashram at Indore countryside was opened and developed into a beautiful oasis of nature and silence. To give space for more expansion this Ashram was sold in 2007 and a big place in Gujarat at the Narmada River was bought to create an opportunity for many people to live there in harmony and truth and meditation.
