(This group is an invitation for those who are already familiar to Osho’s vision and His meditations)

Osho compares human existence to an onion, layers upon layers, fresher still fresher, "…and the same is true about man. If you go deep into him you will always find the innocent child. And to contact that innocent child is therapeutic." This 7 day group offers that contact, through play, by-passing the entire psychological circuitry.

The therapy designed under Osho's guidance is spread over two hours. The first hour is an invitation to enter our childhood, and play - with pillows, balloons, emotions, our body, with others. All play is allowed, as long as it does not interfere and harm anyone else's process. In the next hour we invite silence. Sitting, watching and waiting in innocence … for the nectar of silence to descend. As the group progresses, each day we find that innocent space of silence within and without.

The Born Again Meditative Therapy will be supported by other meditation techniques created by Osho - Dynamic, Kundalini and the White Robe Brotherhood. Each of these meditations help us peeling the layers, cleaning the dust of the social programs and mechanization so we may reach that silent, spontaneous, playful, ever fresh universal center of our being. Tibetan Pulsing is a spiritual transmission in the form of a Tantra Yoga practice. It is based on the Six Tantra Yogas of Naropa and has been brought back to the world under the guidance and blessings of Osho.

Tibetan Pulsing uses the energy of the pulse beat to dissolve the very roots of the ego structure. This Ego is embedded in the bio-electrical patterns within the nervous system servicing the various organs of the body. During the process the body is put into different Mandala positions, facilitating the flow of the Pulse into the subtle energy channels, and unlocking the spiritual power of the internal organs. This process helps us to achieve a clear mind, a loving heart, a rootedness within our center and a healthy body. A spiritual path for total consciousness, it is partner based process which views male and female energies as parts of a unified whole.

In the upcoming group process we will learn practical methods of using the pulse beat to open up the channels of our Heart energy. We will deal specifically with the issues surrounding our experience of love.

Love is a very misunderstood word. What does it mean? Where is it? We all talk about it, we all want it, but it seems so elusive to us. In Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, Lord Shiva devised 112 meditation techniques about the nature and consciousness of man. In his discourses, Osho spoke at length on these sutras and gave unique insights that can transform the modern man.

During this camp, a few chosen methods plus meditations from Tibetan Tantra like ‘Mahamudra’, ‘Sem’ & ‘Rigpa’ etc will be presented & practiced. A fine balance between Lord Shiva’s sutras and Osho's insights will be such that without making much effort, one will gently settle down in meditation.

This four day camp, as it is slightly deeper than regular program, expects the participants to go through Osho’s basic meditation methods beforehand, such as Dynamic, Kundalini, Nataraj & Nadbrahma.

Photography Meditation Retreat (PMR) Level - 2 is an advanced course of photography and meditation.

Tai chi is a centuries-old Chinese martial art that descends from Qigong, an ancient Chinese discipline that has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine.

Tai Chi Movements involve body and mind in totality. That’s why it is also called ‘moving meditation’, simply flowing with the moment and yet remaining balanced, relaxed and silent.

During the workshop, we would be learning 10 forms of Yang Tai Chi.
Yang, Wu, and Sun tai chi are the three most popular styles of Tai chi. The simple form of Yang style includes 10 and 24 movements (the traditional form has 108 movements), which are also quite demanding because the stance is kept wide and knees bent, most of the time.

This form is suitable for someone endeavoring to practice in a small area. Even for the compact foot space, it makes a lot of use of movement, and balances the left side with the right side exercises, often lacking in other short versions.

The Black Latifa

This is the gate into the Absolute dimension, what we call Spirit, which is undifferentiated, universal and impersonal, it is that which Plato called Noumenon.

For the personality it is very difficult, nearly impossible, even just to conceive dimensions of Being that are beyond form and concepts but this doesn’t mean that we cannot experience them even though our words may come short of any description.

The Black Latifa is the space that opens within ourselves when even for few moments the constant activity of mind ceases. In that temporary moment of quietness, as Don Juan says, “the world collapses” which means that the description of the world we are used to disintegrates and with it also our inner dialogue. Then there is Peace and Silence. It is Space without boundaries, it is the Universal Mind or, some might say, God’s Mind. Pure Creative Space, absolute potentiality. In this space our soul feels finally at home, reunited with itself, and can experience again that we never really separated from the Cosmos, as we have often believed when identified with the personality. The manifestation of Essential Peace opens us to deep dimensions of heart and mind, dimensions of merging with everything in love and meditation. Pure direct perception unhindered by past impressions.

No-Mind is one of the Therapeutic Meditative Processes that Osho created. Mystic Rose, Born Again and the No-Mind, these three are the main methods.

Using the unique technique of speaking only Gibberish for one hour at a stretch we can release the stress in our mind and unburden ourselves by expressing blocked, repressed energies. Gibberish when done with absolute intensity, takes us out of our logical mind and into the realms of the mysterious and spiritual. It supports participants to move beyond their usual boundaries of expression and daily structures, to experience an exalted state of No-Mind.
The second part is silence and witnessing. For next one hour, we are just witnessing the body, the mind and anything that is happening within us. Besides this process, there will be some other meditations throughout the day supportive of this intense process.

Osho describes this phenomenon: “Your mind is nothing but gibberish. Put it aside and you will have a taste of your own being. Use gibberish and go consciously crazy. Go crazy with absolute awareness so that you become the center of the cyclone. Simply allow whatever comes, without bothering whether it is meaningful or reasonable. Just throw out all mind garbage and create the space in which the Buddha appears."

A Three-Week Process Comprising of Three Hours Per Day

LAUGHTER - TEARS - MEDITATION

This dynamic healing and transformative process penetrates to the deepest layer of our energy through the three elements of Laughter, Tears and Meditation. This is a new, innovative meditative therapy, a fusion of eastern and western healing and personal transformation methods.

The First week of Laughter - Enables us to rediscover our vitality, spontaneity and joy, which give us the capacity to take life and ourselves less seriously. Deep sustained laughter is a powerful energetic force that breaks through layers of repression and helps us to release many negative beliefs and patterns of behavior, in a very dynamic and yet playful way. It is a journey of rediscovery, liberation and empowerment bringing about awareness and a healthier, broader perspective to our lives.

The second Week – Tears - Many buried and repressed layers of sadness; trauma and despair can now be released through deep abandoned crying. Society has many taboos around crying, especially so for men, but in the loving and supportive atmosphere of the collective group dynamics created during this process, painful and fearful experiences can dissolve in the profound healing that our tears allow. This great unburdening releases many energy blocks from our system allowing us to see life through new and fresh eyes.

The Third Week – The Watcher on the Hills – Meditation

In this final phase of the Mystic Rose we are able to assimilate the many experiences that we have gone through during the laughter and tears. In these silent sittings we can settle into the present moment where peace and centeredness prevail.

This week can be a wonderful introduction to the watcher within; a deepening of our meditation as we connect more and more to our inner consciousness. Meditation is the door to our inner being.

A unique meditation retreat, with live music by Ma Sujati and her band.

When Osho introduced Hypnosis work in the commune, he called it “De-Hypnotherapy” explaining it with the metaphor - “When you have a splinter in your foot, use another splinter to get it out”.

We have a lot of ‘splinters’ in our mind; old limiting beliefs, ideas, and judgments, creating stress and fear which make us nervous and even sick. These conditioning's prevent us from living a peaceful and joyful life in an intelligent way.

Osho wants us to celebrate life and live beautifully, like poetry. “A housewife cooking, or someone working in an office or a shop, any kind of life you might be living, meditation has to go on, by being present and alert in every activity, 24 hours a day”. (Isan: No footprints in the blue sky).

This guided meditation is about making friends with yourself. In deep relaxation you learn to communicate with your body and with your unconscious mind. You experience how you yourself can activate your healing energies, how your unconscious mind can dissolve harmful old patterns and create new ways of living. The connection between body, mind and soul is getting harmonized. Pain, diseases, unhealthy habits begin to dissolve and to heal. This meditation is the very last one we received from Osho.

Introducing this technique Osho said: “The idea is that people need to be taught how to make friends with their body. This is a very deep experience. Through it you can arrive at a new understanding of your mind-body mechanism and its ability to heal itself".

If you have seen the need in you to do something else, to give more values to your life, outer, but mostly also inner. The Movements: A magnifying glass of our daily life.
And quietly, the watcher keeps on observing, while the inner judge, commentator, analyst recede in the background.
To feel that we “possess” the dance movements, and suddenly the roles are reversed: to feel possessed by the Movements. Their subtle force, their higher energy, their vibrations of Presence. And to enter an unforgettable universe:
All the centers: Mind, Heart, Body are more sensitive, more acute, more perceptive. There are layers in us that we never penetrated. To see this brings freedom.

About Gurdjieff:

Gurdjieff was a mystic, a writer, and one of the great Teacher of Temple Dancing. He was born in 1866 in the Caucasus, an area where many different cultures and religious influences were passing through. stimulating his naturally inquisitive mind.
At the age of 20, he embarked on a 20 years long journey, in the Middle East, Central Asia, Gobi desert, Tibet, India, Egypt. wanting to understand the purpose of human existence . He felt that a real knowledge had existed in ancient past and must have been given orally from generation to generation.

He visited hidden monasteries, temples and esoteric schools where he was introduced to many forms of sacred music and dances. On his return, it became his mission to reveal these practices to the modern world.

About Gurdjieff:

Gurdjieff was a mystic, a writer, and one of the great Teacher of Temple Dancing. He was born in 1866 in the Caucasus, an area where many different cultures and religious influences were passing through. stimulating his naturally inquisitive mind.
At the age of 20, he embarked on a 20 years long journey, in the Middle East, Central Asia, Gobi desert, Tibet, India, Egypt. wanting to understand the purpose of human existence . He felt that a real knowledge had existed in ancient past and must have been given orally from generation to generation.

He visited hidden monasteries, temples and esoteric schools where he was introduced to many forms of sacred music and dances. On his return, it became his mission to reveal these practices to the modern world.

He also developed his own body of about 250 movements, on a music created through his collaboration with De Hartmann.

This is an in-depth experiential program for beginners and seasoned seekers alike. During this time, we want to investigate what do we really want in life and what are we doing to get there. This takes an honest evaluation, and just for these few days we want to be truthful about our real desires and motivations in life.

During this workshop we will pay attention to the inner longing of the soul; we will meditate and prioritize to find peace and inner joy, leading to a fulfilling and balanced life.

Meditation is the highway to knowing who we really are. It is in fact, the greatest device for self-exploration. When every corner of our being starts revealing itself and the different facets of our personality are experienced and understood, the journey of self-discovery gains momentum and becomes the greatest adventure. Simultaneously in life - fears, prejudices, jealousies, loves, hates - everything is there, we have to deal with the entire gamut of nature’s forces and this requires honesty, courage, authenticity and trust.

The transformation happens when inner understanding starts unfolding, an inner growth. And then, when we see something that needs to go, we let go of it. If changes need to be made, we make them. Then we have the capacity to enhance certain qualities and discard others. In the beginning, there is effort but as we move on the path, start trusting and meditating, the journey becomes effortless and blissful.

This workshop will deal with basic concepts of spirituality and psychology. It will include meditation exercises, theoretical insights, personal experiences, partner and group work; guiding participants towards a deeper understanding of oneself, one’s priorities, values, motivations, desires, difficulties, and relationships with others.

We will experiment and play with various meditation techniques ranging from breath work, deep relaxation through hypnosis, cathartic dance, conscious body movements to food meditation, conscious interaction between participants and self-inquiry methods.

The retreat will lend clarity about what we really want in life and why evolution, self-growth and meditation are important and essential. We will learn many tools for meditation and spiritual/psychological growth besides, experiencing a deep cleansing of the body, mind and emotions.

After this retreat, whenever the going gets tough in life, we will always have the solace of inner sanctuary for retreat and to be without problems. If we are authentic in our search and a true seeker, we shall discover the spiritual path best suited to us.

Osho compares human existence to an onion, layers upon layers, fresher still fresher, "…and the same is true about man. If you go deep into him you will always find the innocent child. And to contact that innocent child is therapeutic." This seven day meditation group offers that contact.

The method is twofold: play and witness. The first hour is a "yes" to spontaneous play. With pillows, balloons, crayons. With others and with ourselves. Our body, our thoughts, our emotions. Full energy, full fun. The next hour is the other polarity. We sit silent, still. Watching the layers dissolve.

As in life, so in play. We all have set patterns of what it means to play and we remain confined to those. Fearful of entering any new territory, revolving in the same circle. As a part of the group, each day we will be experimenting with fresh ways to play, those that challenge our patterns and DE mechanize us.

We will also be experimenting with other meditation techniques that support this process and lighten us up. Anchoring the group will be Osho's commentaries on the Bhagavad Gita. All this to help us peel the layers, DE mechanizing our little self so we may recognize the infinite, ever fresh universal Self. That recognition is to be Born Again.

Tai Chi is a centuries-old Chinese martial art that descends from Qigong, an ancient Chinese discipline that has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine.

Tai Chi Movements involve body and mind in totality. That’s why it is also called ‘moving meditation’, simply flowing with the moment and yet remaining balanced, relaxed and silent.

During the workshop, we would be learning 10 forms of Yang Tai Chi.
Yang, Wu, and Sun tai chi are the three most popular styles of Tai chi. The simple form of Yang style includes 10 and 24 movements (the traditional form has 108 movements), which are also quite demanding because the stance is kept wide and knees bent, most of the time.

This form is suitable for someone endeavoring to practice in a small area. Even for the compact foot space, it makes a lot of use of movement, and balances the left side with the right side exercises, often lacking in other short versions.

Tibetan Pulsing is a practice based on the Six Tantra Yoga’s of the great Tibetan mystic, Naropa. It has been brought back to the world under the guidance and blessings of Osho.

No-Mind is one of the Therapeutic Meditative Processes that Osho created. Mystic Rose, Born Again and the No-Mind, these three are the main methods.

Using the unique technique of speaking only Gibberish for one hour at a stretch we can release the stress in our mind and unburden ourselves by expressing blocked, repressed energies. Gibberish when done with absolute intensity, takes us out of our logical mind and into the realms of the mysterious and spiritual. It supports participants to move beyond their usual boundaries of expression and daily structures, to experience an exalted state of No-Mind.

This retreat, which explores methods from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra in an experiential format, is designed for both couples and singles. It is a powerful way to dive into our expansive potential through the 12 facets of Tantra.

The group structure includes group sharing and periods of silence, quiet and active meditations, movement and dance, Tantra rituals and group/partner exercises.

It is very special to have the opportunity of bringing together both Indians and Westerners in this Retreat, bringing Tantra back to its source in the Himalayas. Indians have the opportunity of proudly embracing their phenomenal spiritual heritage. As east and west melt together in this group, we discover the power of Tantra to create a union of opposites, bringing enrichment to all.

During this retreat we practice Tantra methods, taken from the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra, a 5000 year old scripture comprised of 112 methods for the expansion of consciousness.

The retreat is offered one time per year. Each year for three consecutive years, we offer one third of the 112 methods. This means, over a three-year period, you have the opportunity of practicing most of the methods offered in the Vigyan Bhairav Tantra. You can enter this three year stream wherever it suits you. There is no sequential order to follow. You can likewise, participate in just one or two of the retreats. There is no commitment required to participate in all three.

The build-up, refinement and transformation of many facets of life force energy during this retreat invite an orgasmic awareness of one's full sensual being. Within a few days, you may sense an on-going ecstatic connection between body and soul, matter and spirit. It is a rare opportunity to explore these powerful Tantra methods, in a highly supportive environment. In this way, we distill the nectar of our being to its ultimate potency.

Out of my ten years of experience of working in Osho communes I have learnt how to transform work into worship. To worship in the commune is to get soaked in the energy field of an enlightened master. In the ordinary sense of work there is ambition, stress, competition. With meditation, work is transformed into play and relaxation. With sincerity and responsibility towards one’s own self growth and making meditation a part of our day to day life, it is easy to create a balance between work and meditation.

In this group, we will be doing Osho meditations and taking the same meditative quality to a variety of tasks available in the natural environment at Osho Nisarga and surrounding areas, As Osho says, meditation need not be a serious affair, it can be fun, unleashing infinite creativity.

Osho says:
"Whatsoever you do, if you do it joyfully, if you do it lovingly, if your act of doing it is not purely economical, then it is creative. If you have something growing out of it within you, if it gives you growth, it is spiritual, it is creative, it is divine.”

Osho adds:
"Work is a necessary part of your transformation. Groups clean your mind but without work the mind will again gather rubbish. Meditation takes you beyond-the-mind, but it starts cutting roots from the body-mind, and I want you to be with a wholesome integrated personality. Therapists clean the rubbish that centuries have poured into the mind, then work should make the body rooted in the ground, and then meditation can grow like flowers of a tree in the high sky.

People need to change the attitude that exists about work, particularly in the Western mind. Meditation should be part of the work, not separate from it.

Work and relaxation are not contradictory. In fact, the more you put yourself into work the deeper you can go into relaxation. So both are important. The harder you work the deeper you can relax. Work is valuable. It will bring humbleness and silence. People should feel that their work is something very special, and that whatever work they do is respectable."

A structured course for couples who wish to grow together through love and meditation.
We will practice authentic communication, and letting go of unnecessary barriers that refrain us from getting in touch with our feelings and come closer to the other. We shall also practice some Tantra techniques, in line with Osho’s vision of sex to superconsciousness, exploring new ways of honest caring from the heart. To quote Osho: “First your seriousness has to be destroyed, only then will you be able to enjoy Vipassana without becoming serious. The traditional method of Vipassana is a very cold, dull, I want Vipassana to be a warmer path. Energy moves better when it is warmer.”

Osho Neo-Vipassana is not like the traditional meditation group in which you sit for 10 hours daily. It is actually very dynamic, playful and leading you naturally into a space of deep silence and serenity. Osho explains it: "First you have to dance, first you have to shout in joy, and sing, and so your life becomes more vital. First you have to cathart, so all that you have repressed is thrown out and your body is purified of toxins and poisons, and your psyche also is purified from repressed traumas and wounds. When this has happened and you have become able to laugh and you have become able to love, then Vipassana.

Sufi is a Mystic path, and the essence that is at the heart of all religious spirits. It is the ancient wisdom of the heart, and the path of love born from that wisdom. It’s finding the true nature and realization. This group in a meditative process using different methods, like rhythm, breadth, music, dance, voice, sound, poetry, to enter a state of emptiness. “Zikhr” (Remembrance), an essential Sufi method, will bring us in touch with different layers of our being. Satori is a radical inquiry. It is going under the skin, in the heart and in the belly to see and feel what is in the way of being oneself.
What is my true nature?
How do I lose myself or feel that there is not all of me present in this here and now?
What is this emptiness that terrifies me?
What is this restlessness that pushes me to do and do and do?
What is this longing for being more real, truer and complete?

Self-inquiry means to open and unsettle the mechanism that destroys the present by repeating the past. It means to be in the present, in the here and now.

ESSENTIAL JOY

The Yellow Latifa

Essential Joy is a very subtle quality of being that has at its center an innocent and dynamic curiosity as well as the capacity to recognize and sustain desire as the spring of transformation and evolution.

Without curiosity our love for the Truth has no legs, no eyes, no arms, it doesn’t ask, it doesn’t discover, it doesn’t embrace “what is” in the moment. We are often left trying to hold together the structure of our personality that is based on concepts and prejudices from the past. This effort kills our joy.

When I let myself be myself, when I look at myself and the world with open and not judgmental eyes I am available to the direct experience of here/now and then there is joy, contentment, simplicity. Therefore joy doesn’t depend on external factors or other people, joy is the natural blossoming of our True Nature. And our joy will be light and playful as there will no expectation about how reality should be. And there will be gratefulness for being part of the mystery of life that unfolds. And we will participate to this evolution with all our life force and resources, expressions of the infinite source of our desire and devotion.
